Papa John's Pizza

Ordered two pizzas and some breadsticks took over two hours for delivery and my delivery was cold and I was missing a whole pizza and when I tried to call back no one answered. Then I tried to call back from my daughters phone and Someone finally picked up after I called from her phone after being on hold three different times from mine and was on hold for at least 20 to 30 minutes each time. When I finally get a hold of someone I was told they were closed and to call back in the morning and make a complaint.

Pizza was fine. The store still has a mask requirement, which I honored but think is ridiculous. Employees are wearing masks under their noses. Why wear one at all?

Since there were only two people behind the counter, the young lady did the best she could kinda on her own. She was courteous, attentive & working hard from counter, oven, boxing & back again. Pizza was a tad bit too oily/greasy, but it was hot when I got home & my mom was content (that's what really mattered).

I got a refund because I saw the lady make pizza without gloves and long fingernails. Then when she reached over the dough to get the toppings her breast clothes went into the dough. I ask the young manager why? He stumbled over his words because he didn't have an answer so he made up something that I did not understand. I am now turned off because if this is how pizza and dough for other things on menu is made, I just find it disgusting!
