Only bank l ever heard of with a practice of saying at the ATM a check may take up to 2 days to clear, but the phone teller will tell you it actually may take up to 5 days like they can just lie abd hold your money ransom like that.🤮🤮🤮

If you work hard and value your money, stay away from this place. Firstly, their app is awful. Ever since downloading it I’ve had problems with it constantly locking me out for no reason at all. I’ve had to call at least 5-10 times or go in person and waste my time for them to get me back into it. Few months ago my bank account was hacked and over the course of a month, almost $1000 dollars was stolen from me. Not once did I receive a phone call informing me or did they shut my bank card off. After that, they spent three months charging me fees which I was never told of or aware. After running triple digits out of my account without so much as letting me know, they decided they wouldn’t be giving me my money back either. I was a member for over 13 years and its very clear they don’t care about you.
