The owner of the bar was extremely rude. He made a scene at our table when we nicely asked to cancel our friends order because they were waiting 30 minutes for their charcuterie board. We received our charcuterie board first, even though we ordered our food at the same time, and patiently waited 30 minutes for their board. It was busy at the time and we understood so we kindly asked to cancel their board since we had almost finished our board and the owner rudely came to the table and made a scene. We used to love going to this bar and the server was extremely nice, but unfortunately with the service we received from the owner we wouldn't recommend going to this wine bar to anyone. Also, I never write reviews but this was a terrible experience.

Very embarrassed! I live in Belle Hall and suggested a pre-wedding wine and charcuterie dinner for my daughter’s wedding the next day with her bride’s made and her daughter visiting for the first time from Tampa, Florida. One of our meals was served but 30 minutes later after asking several times, our guests were still not served and we were told the kitchen was “working on it.” Surprisingly, both families ordered charcuterie boards but one came out and the other did not. After a good 30 minutes of waiting for our guests’ meal, we asked who appeared to be the owner to please remove the food which we had still not received from the bill and cancel that order. He was very rude about trying to accommodate and came back over to our table defensively with excuses, never once mentioning trying to accommodate or compensate for our guests not receiving their food. Being from a food and hospitality career background ourselves, we found this service unacceptable and will not be returning.

Just absolutely amazing!! The food is beyond delicious, the selection is immaculate, and the vibe is unmatched courtesy of the warm and inviting staff. I felt like I was having a wine night with friends and will come back the next time I’m in the area…. Scratch that, I will come back to the area to visit The Wine Bar.
