Customer Service what a waste of time

Trying to help my elderly father get a new phone and reduce his plan price. The sales associate immediately had an attitude, kept rolling his eyes, defensive when we were trying to understand why he was being charged certain fees. Did not explain options and could not explain certain charges or at least explain what he could help us with. We ended up leaving very frustrated. Every time we come we leave frustrated and more confused. Your sales team needs more training on how to speak to customers without being rude or defensive, how to explain plans/equipment and options without acting like the customer is stupid. To also not flat out lie to customers about costs just to make a sell.We will change providers after this!

Depends on the monthly service that you get as well as taxes and 911 service are added. Go check it out and see what monthly plan you want.
1. Check and make sure your Apple ID and password are correct by logging into a different device or online via iCloud. 2. If everything is correct and you can login online I would try getting into your locked device again. 3. If your device is completely disabled to the point it want allow you to do anything, you will have to contact apple support team just make sure you have all your information and the phone with you when speaking to them. 4. If over the phone support doesn't help worst case you have to go to the apple store. Hope this helps!
Not sure when I was there .I waited almost 2 hours to find out they pushed over my appt.
Good luck. They are useless and change people often so you don't have consistent help and not friendly at all.

Not 100% sure. I doubt they will give you any honest value for such an older phone. The do however add on phone payments to your bill. Chances are it's about $700-$900 phone cash or anywhere from $20-$35 a month for your new phone.
You can visit a Verizon corporate location and they can access your account as well.
I'm not 💯, but it seems like it would have to be a corporate.
No sorry, I'm pretty sure they can't. I tried myself about two years ago, and they said they can't do it. But there's so many options now, so many different companies that you can personalize pretty much any opinions that would be right for you.
