It's now under new management. The previous owner and Eric are no longer there. I had a terrible experience with Eric. But I've been back since it has been under new management and am very satisfied
Prices are different depending on what you want.
I know these people are cheap but they have mediocre workers. If your repairs are simple go ahead, if they're difficult take it to another company. In not bad mouthing the company in any way but just being real.
