I am not sure if it is a call service that takes the appointments, but it was very frustrating to deal with. When I booked my appointment, I was placed on hold for a long period of time after an initial answer telling me how many callers were ahead of me. Then when I was giving my info was placed on hold again. At one point she attempted to put me on hold again. I ended up finding another appointment sooner, so I changed my original appointment to my husband. Giving the information was again frustrating. I gave the correct information, then was asked again about the incorrect information. Additionally, last year, they were very secretive with the rebates and would not let me see them so that I could make an informed decision before purchasing my contacts. They ended up having to credit me because of this and I was thankful they did that but it just seemed overall deceiving. I did like Dr. Vo and the techs that took me back for my exam were fine. The other stuff is very off putting though.

First and last visit. Been waiting on my daughter's glasses which was supposed to be ordered January 14th.....its now February 15th...I am so disappointed....she needs her glasses badly
