Not very strict and many people not wearing a mask when entering to order. Not sure if the employees were masked because I did not go in, my masked husband did.

It is the Food Truck Festival so there will be several different types of fare from which to choose. You can Google Kernersville Food Truck Festival and that should give you an idea.
