This park has stole mobile homes from the residents. They employee felons and thieves. You can’t reach owner by phone or mail. They use local law enforcement and local felons to carry out their dirty work. Don’t take the chance of having your mobile home stolen from you by moving here.

It's the worst park on Earth out of state owned n all utilities are illegaly placed n not working correctly, sewer backs up frequently, live 60 amp service under a lot of home not hooked to anything, illeagle elect hookups on Poles between trailers, and do not take care of grounds adequately, best if u speak Arebic ! As per owners comment it was a choice there was no judgement, I feel sorry for the people that have to live there because they can't afford to have their homes moved. I have no hard feelings twards the corporate mgr just that park is not kept up and ran poorly.

I don't live there or own it. I just have family there.
Any contact in this park is a joke. And contact with the local police department. They’re response is if you don’t like it then move. Your expected to pay your rent to the park on time and it matters not if paid on time or even early. Still charged late fee. And God forbid your short 1 cent on utilities your shut off no questions ask. The owner is supposedly to have strict rules on felons and drug charges. That’s the biggest joke
