Dr. Redd and Rod make every experience I have had with them positive. She has been my dentist for almost 18 years. She is professional, up to date and truly cares about me, my health, safety and comfort. Dr. Redd and Rod work very hard to make sure the office and equipment is clean and sanitized. Rod has always been very helpful, calm and polite with every encounter. I am thankful she is always there when I need her and for their quality care.

I enjoyed my recent visit to Redd Family Dentistry. Enjoy and Dentist are not usually mentioned in the same sentence but they do a great job and get you in and out. I love their professionalism, quality of their work, and the personal touch with each visit. Over the several years of having them as my dentist office I have not had any bad experiences with them.

I had a mediocre opinion about this Dentist Office previously but as of today I don't. I haven't taken my children in years but was still signed up with this office. I called to receive my records for my children via email and never received them nor a follow up call. They also have allowed someone else to make an appointment for my child who has not signed any of the pertinent paperwork. I don't want anyone operating under my name at all. I requested to remove my children from this dental office, that includes records and all but they have not honored my requests. Also this place takes Medicaid so if they go through with this appt it will be Medicaid fraud due to someone else trying to operate under my name with documents that I have signed. If the person who brings a child doesn't sign the documents and have signed insurance or insurance that lists them as the user, name the for them to go forth with this appt will be fraudulent and can result in legal action being taken. I have advised against it but no follow up received. And if you operate in that manner it leads me to believe that you perform illegit operations/services in a subtle way. I will report to the bbb and others who need to investigate. I hope that they conduct an external audit. This seems as of this I a famiy of thieves.

Cosmetic whitening is only offered for patients with no active decay or dental conditions that prohibit the application of whitening gel. Both take home and in-office options can be available. Currently we are providing services for our existing patients using Medicaid as coverage. This is an important service to the community and it is our goal to help our patients to the best of our ability. There is such a need for this valuable service and we work to help all of our patients maintain their oral and overall health.
