After working a long day got here at 4: 18 the attendant was very rude tried to make small talk with him it was very rude I don't understand why people if they're not happy with their job why don't they go do something else instead of taking it out on the consumer very offended by his attitude

You can take it to any convenience sites they have a container for it. You can't take a lot but you can take about a gallon.
If they are completely void of paint they can go to any of the convience centers. To dry up the paint use sand or cat litter.
