Used Stanley County Auction for the last couple years to market my cattle. So far my experiences have all been positive.. Last year in October I had a situation with pulling cattle when I blew a wheel off of my truck pulling cattle td waited o the sale. I had major damages, however, I felt able to repair and continue if time permited. After calling the auction office I spoke with the staff who over several calls kept me updated on if I had time to get there. I made it after the sale gad actually closed, I was really smiling to find out they all had waited for me to arrive. End=Cattle Sold Me= Smiling 🥲 How I feel about the services and staff. Draw your own conclusion. 🦋🐞🐝🐟🐠

Goats are sold at Wednesday after the market cattle - usually around noon.
Weekly sale day & time is Wednesday at 10:30 am. We are open on Tuesday from 10 am to 8 pm to accept livestock being dropped off for the sale. We open at 7 am Wednesday to start taking in livestock and stay open until 6 pm or later on Wednesday - just depends on how long the sale goes!
Thank you for your interest! We do not have phone or online bidding available; however, if you can not make it to the sale, you can put in an absentee bid prior to the auction through the office if you can not be there. We do ask that you pay and pick up the animal(s) the the same day unless prior arrangements are made.
Hi Jonathan. I'm sorry we just saw this question. While we do sell goats and sheep it just varies how many we have each week. Our usual amount would be between 0-20 each week. Hope that helps!
It just depends on the weight, type, and quality. All market reports are available on our website http://norwoodstockyard.com/category/reports/ Thank you!
We do not sell horses. We can sell donkeys but the state requires that they must have a Coggins test on them before we can put them through the auction.
Regular sales are every Wednesday at 10:30 am
The schedule for the graded sales can be found at www.norwoodfeedercalf.com
