My wife and I were vacationing in Hilton Head this past week and stopped in. My wife wanted to buy me a gift to celebrate my recent job (The bway tour of Frozen). I had a bit of a a hard time deciding, but Keith stayed with us the whole time, offering suggestions and being incredibly patient and kind. We ended up with a gorgeous David Yurman necklace that I am absolutely in love with. My daughter recently got married and was given a gift from Forsythe Jewelers. The item was not one on her registry. I called to exchange for an item on her registry. We live out of state. We were told we could exchange the item but it would be a $35 shipping charge to ship the new item. If we chose not to ship the item we could take a store credit. Obviously that did not make sense because we live out of state. The sales clerk suggested we regift the item. Which I thought was distasteful. Everyone does not regift wedding gifts. No one I know charges $35 to ship an item, especially a small kitchen item that is not breakable. My experience with this company is less than satisfactory. Honestly I am shocked that their policies do not better accommodate out of town customers. Due to their location on Hilton Head Island I would think they highly depend on tourist purchases.

Forsyth is a beautiful boutique jewelry shop. Lots of design selections. The owner, Andrea Bragg operated the most professional jewelry establishment. Barb is the person that helps me select jewelry she knows I will love and wear everyday.

My family and I have been coming to Forsythe Jewelers for our jewelry needs for a decade or more. The staff is always so warm and welcome. They will pull different pieces and keep it on a list for you or a loved one to purchase at a later date. We have run into one issue in the past and they made sure to communicate the game plan with us and made us feel really special. We are lucky to have Forsythe Jewelers in our community and network!
