I went to get my cat back after not having knowledge she was taken, I don’t think I’ve ever had such a bad experience with someone. The dude with the dreads was the RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER MET. The reviews are right and I feel for these animals. He tried to argue me down after I went in, money ready for MY CAT. He even tried to use it against me and be a smarta$$ the whole time. I seriously hope he gets help, he’s a man child and needs serious re evaluation. The girl at the front desk just amens everything he says like his little pet. They all need to be fired, attitudes are disgusting, no empathy for ANYONE. I was genuinely scared that he would try to hurt my cat because of our engagement. He was just so evil, everything he said down to the T. He said everything he could to keep me from getting my cat. If you’re ready this, get help weirdo

Went to turn in a stray that turned up at my house. The lady at the front desk told me they don't accept owner dogs. I told her it was a stray and she called me a liar. She then ignored me when I tried to give her what little information I knew about the dog. Rude and hostile for no reason.

No, I paid 35 dollars for my cat, plus mandatory spay within 30 days. Which will be additional 50.00 dollars because I was lucky enough to get an appointment with the clinic that goes to that facility once a month. A private Veterinarian clinic wanted 150.00 for the spray.
Also, there is a bulletin board in their lobby to post notices of lost pets.

Not sure. I rescued a dog that had been there 5 weeks and two that were there for 3 weeks. I think it depends on available space, but it may be best to call. Pit bulls, Rottweilers and any unadoptable dogs are put down unless a rescue organization steps in.
Not that I have ever seen. Dogs and cats that people abandoned or that are picked up as strays.
