over charge to truckers on diesel to efs fleet cards as credit price but receipt printed as cash by adjusting gallons to match totals. i purchased 105 gal but receipt printed for 109 gal... to match the total dollar amount !!!! so truckers pay 10cents per gallon as fee to truck stop owner......
