Everytime I have ever went here no matter how many people is in the drive thru if anybody at all they take forever they make you wait and they all just stand around talking

My family and I walked into Burger King at 9pm. We all had separate orders, the manager Samantha refused to serve my sister because it was 9:02pm and she was the last one of us to order so only part of my family got there orders. The lobby closes at 10 so she was refusing to serve us when they were open. She was extremely rude and knew we came in as a group. If this how this Burger King is run, we will never be back there. Very unprofessional.

Worst experience twice now. First time I came here the chicken sandwich was so hard you could have broke a window with it. And now I'm currently sitting in drive thru for over 20 mins since i placed my order... Get it together ppl
