I got an inspection done from Nate 2 weeks ago and received the report the following day but I never got a quote for the new chimney we are in need of I have called several times the receptionist has left several messages for me and I never received my quote or a phone call back so apparently they are charging people for inspections but refusing to do any repairs at this point I just want my inspection money back so I can have someone else come out to do my repairs
