I want to say that out of all of the used or liquidated appliance stores in the Gwinnett and Barrow counties this team is the best. They truly care about their customers and community and are more than happy to answer your questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a experience with great customer service!

Bought a side by side Samsung refridgerator & a stove from these people back in March & the water line for the freezer was causing the ice to melt in the freezer & leak out into the floor. They ordered the parts to fix it for me, but never came to fix the problem. I called several times, showed up in person on 2 separate occasions & even gave the tenants in the house their number to call & resolve the issue. Now the computer board on the fridge is blown & the fridge doesn't cool at all. Still no help yet, & the warranty i had on the fridge is now expired. Wouldn't recommend doing business seeing how they don't follow through on their repair requests in a timely manner at all.
