I had my aviator picked up to have the windshield replaced. When I got the car back from Lincoln White Plains…the inside part of my windshield was filthy and had long vertical strips of glue on both sides of the windshield. My guess is that this is from the stickers that were removed. Additionally…there was glue residue all over my trunk…as well as on and around the door handles. There was no attention to the condition the car was left in…before delivering the car back to me. I can understand if the windshield could not be washed from the outside…but the sloppy condition my car was returned to me is unacceptable. To think I had to wait a month for a loaner…and terrible service. I am now waiting for a replacement rear camera that was not in stock. Do I have to wait another month for a loaner? Should I even have it serviced at White Plains Lincoln again? Hardly a luxury experience. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Hi Eileen, Unfortunately, we no longer have any new Lincoln MKZ vehicles. In fact, Lincoln has discontinued the MKZ for the foreseeable future, so we will not be receiving any new MKZ's in the future. We do, however, have a 2018 Lincoln MKZ that is part of our Certified Pre-Owned Inventory. This MKZ has undergone a multipoint inspection and has passed our process to be marked as Certified Pre-Owned and currently has just over 33,000 miles. Hi Jake! In general, for only an oil change, it should take less than an hour. However, like Ann so comprehensively described, if you have anything else that you wanted to take care of at the same time as the oil change, our Pick Up and Delivery service is there for your convenience! We'll provide a loaner for you, pick up your vehicle, service it, and return it to the most convenient place for you!

Hi Tony! We know the holidays can be busy for sure! Unfortunately we are not open on Sunday's, however, we have a Pick Up and Delivery option that you can use for service when you're busy! If you don't have the time to visit us at the dealership, when you schedule your service, we will pick up your vehicle from you, service it with a multi-point inspection, and return it to you where it is most convenient, like at work or at home!

We do have loaners for when your vehicle needs service! When you are scheduling your appointment, you can reserve a loaner, that way if you have other errands to run while your vehicle is being serviced, you'll be able to!
Don't know but people are very accommodating and courteous recommend them highly
