I bought a Samsung dryer at it was delivered on Tuesday morning. The installer would not install it because my gas line was not capped off. I had to get a plumber out to my house and he couldn't get there until Friday morning. On Friday morning I discovered that there was a large dent in the back side of the dryer. I called customer service that said that the 48 hour window had expired on returns and this was my problem but I could go to the store where it was purchased and see if they would exchange it. The assistance manager said it wasn't Home Depot's issue because it had been delivered to my house 72 hours ago. The dent is so deep that it rubs against the drum. Samsung is refusing to replace it. Home Depot is refusing to replace it. I will never shop at Home Depot again. I recommend you buy your appliances somewhere else.
