If I could leave a zero star I would Mr Johnny who works in the store is an amazing person however the owner of the business is a complete swindler. I bought a dryer and paid for delivery services and never got the dryer delivered yet and I called to ask for my money back and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me that I couldn't get my money back because she could have turned a profit while the dryer was sitting there with a mark sold tag on it. I explained to her that her employee didn't tell me anything about no refunds policy he only told me there was a 30-day warranty on the machine I haven't even received it yet and I still am out $300 for an outdated machine that I no longer will be needing horrible woman

I bought a stainless steel refrigerator on 1/31/2022 also paid for delivery technicians came out such a strong woman smart as well on 3/1/2022 the refrigerator stopped working I called end time back they replaced the relay switch no problem again these people meet customer service excellent if anyone needs appliances this is the place to buy they stand by it 30 day warranty included 5 star service
