You should be able to at any store. Just ask any associate for a new card and they can guide you through the process. This will require either an old card or your driver's license number(we use the driver's license number to keep people who know your phone number from redeeming points.) If you lost your DL or ID then make sure to come during bank hours 8-4 so we can have our specialist at the office on hand to manually activate your new card.
You can call them&an employee should let you know what beverages they stock. If you ask the manager, they may try to order/stock the beverages you prefer, especially if you frequent their store.
