Bought a laundry sorter last week. This morning I noticed it was falling apart & I call the store, get told all sales final. I was told to “tape it together.” Even goodwill has an exchange/store credit policy with receipt. I won’t waste my hard earned money here again. Almost 17.00 (16.99) for something that turned out to be junk. Buyer beware. Update 10/1: this store has some decent items. I’m still a bit disappointed about the other purchase but I found 2 decent end tables today. Some things are a bit pricey for a thrift store. As with any other, have to do quick research & have an idea in mind if you’re looking for something specific. I’m changing from 1 star to 3. I will say 2 of the ladies helped me get the end tables in my car today and that was appreciated.
