I don’t work here, but usually reviews like that are made by family members who are upset about one thing or another. It’s never a good idea to judge a book by its cover and starting out with a chip on your shoulder isn’t going to get you far.

Mr. Roach, I understand that the ADON spoke with you and heard your concerns and is taking care of this. I appreciate your questions and am sorry for the late response, but in the future, it may be better to address any needs or concerns within the building, as social media is not always monitored and addressed as quickly as you may need it to be. It is our desire to provide the best care possible and we appreciate your feedback.
We look at each patient individually and make sure we can handle their particular needs. We would need to see the patient's information from his/her physician so that we could determine if we can meet that need before taking the resident.
