I called 3 times trying to get service from these people. I called back today cause the "route supervisor" never called me, and they tell me there's not enough room to turn their little garbage truck around. I already told the lady I bring an 18 wheeler home and park it there. Lol. I think they just don't wanna come the 2/10's of a mile from end of road where they already pick up at. But, after reading most of these reviews maybe it's a good thing they don't want my service.

Have used them several years just recently decided they can't get the extra can was told to call in if we had an extra can so I did and she said she didn't tell me that. I was willing to pay each month for another can and she told me no dont do that just call in if you need the extra can picked up. I think I'm gonna wait until my bill is due again and cancel with them .customer service is terrible they are rude

We've had D&S for about 5 months and we've had a couple issues, but this week they completely missed our trash. I called in to talk to them about this and the woman I talked to was rude, completely unapologetic and barely thought it was even a big deal. Said she can offer a credit, but can't do anything about all the trash we have. I decided to wait until the end of our contract to decide whether to find someone new and at the end of the call, I said "Thanks" and she just hung up. No "thanks for being a customer" or anything like that, just rudeness. The service has been fairly disappointing so far, but the customer service I experienced this morning was shocking. I went with a small business because I expected decent customer service and they've fallen very short.

We’ve had D&S for almost 4yrs.. There have been times i messed up our “pick up” . I called them because it really needed emptied, only 1x they could not work out a “pick up” . Ive had 4 other companies and we gave up for 2yrs and took it to the dump ourselves (which isn’t an “oh poor you” my husband works 6 sometimes 7 days a week. Anything to help him out obviously going to do) Anyway, their company can started showing up around us, i asked for a “trial” And they let me pay only 1 month, that was over 3yrs ago. If theres any issues they are experiencing, they let you know right away, and how long, etc to get things straight. They will refund that week off next bill, don’t even have to ask them. I’m not one to write reviews but they are exceptional, especially since they started our “pick up” driving like a flat bed truck with really “tall walls”, in a short time they have exceeded my expectations.. Especially Christmas and couple “spring cleans” have another can out there (our neighbors dogs jump their fence and will tear up anything) which it happened one time and the guys picked up the mess from those dogs.. that’s what i call above and beyond their services.. sorry so long. Just figured I’d do a review for them
