The worst service that I have been able to receive in my entire life, they are taking advantage of the fact that almost no one can get a TLC license plate anymore and they treat the costumers like garbage I was renting for a whole year with them and better stop doing it when I see the inhumane treatment they give to people after they rent the one in the mechanics area the manager robin is a disgusting human being just like the general manager if you want try renting and you will understand

100 percent agree with Gabriel.. Customer service is terrible, it's like they know you need the car and don't have a lot of other option so they just do whatever and it's just like that

You have to have driving history of at least 3 years. Not necessarily in the U.S. it's an insurance requirement. If you can show them older licenses from here or other countries but translated there won't be any issues. Also, to save yourself lots of time and frustration, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CALL THEM. You will have to go there to get any kind of information. They don't answer their phone at all.
