I came in and the store was empty. No customers and two employees on the counter. I asked for a check engine light scan. They were quick to grab the scan tool. It was a shorter African American. On the way out, he came across a previous employer and started talking to her. I was at the car waiting for him. When he came out and towards the car, he told me to fire up the car. I did. Then, instead of hooking up the scan tool, he went over to another car with two others and started helping them work on their car and having a conversation with them. My car was running. Waited a good 3-5 minutes for him. And when I saw that he folded his arms together, he has no intention of helping me. Three red flags, and I was out of there. Was very unprofessional. Whether you like the place or not. Whether you know the person I am speaking of or not. But go there at your own risk! Don't know if there is any professional protocols a Or work ethics to follow, but it sure didn't seem like there are to me. It was a total waste of my time. And I hardly give negative reviews either!
