Customer service is a nightmare. Will never order/ pick up anything from this location EVER again. Will drive further to other locations to avoid this Lowes.

WOW!!!! We were told to be at the address for our delivery from 8:00am - 12:00pm. Called at about 12:30pm to see what is happening and were told we are next up on the schedule, well, here we sit at 3:00pm STILL WAITING 😡 no phone call from anyone, Pro Desk at Lowe’s, delivery driver, NO ONE to say that they are running behind. Called and spoke with the Manager Jeremy Gattis at 3:00pm and he said he will look into it and call us back. It’s now 3:30pm and still no call from anyone 😡😡 This store needs to get a better delivery service and Pro Desk customer service person to coordinate and respond better!!! Seriously, took the day off from another job to be here like they said, who’s going to pay us for that? We’re contractor’s who spend thousands of dollars each year to support them and this is the service we get?!?! Something’s definitely WRONG with this picture!!! UPDATE: 5:00pm….the delivery driver only loaded half our order and then decided it is too late to drive to our location so will deliver SOMETIME TOMORROW?!?! ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS 😡😡😡😡😡 Store manager said he can only give $100 compensation, obviously not concerned a $3000.00 order getting ready to be cancelled! Tried calling Lowe’s Corporate Office, says hours are 8:00am-5:30pm EST, um, NOT!!! Message said they were closed, try calling again during those hours?!?! Guess they don’t care either about losing business.
