Brought in my JD X720 to have the mower blades replaced on the deck. Gentleman at the service desk took a look and told me that it would take around 2 hours to do. He asked me if I would be willing to wait and I said sure. They cleaned the grass build-up and replaced the blades as well as helping to unload and reload the unit on my flat bed trailer. Service technician that did the work was well mannered and did a great job as well. Great guys to work with.

Recently purchased my 3rd tractor from Midwest and they have been very easy to work with. The lady behind the parts counter knows her stuff. I always bring my tractor in for service during late fall or early spring before their busy season. Always had it back in a week or less.

Wait in line forever to get service. They really need more people to help in sales. You shouldn't need to wait in line for a 1/2 hour to purchase lawnmower blades.
