Very disappointed on 9-16-22, I was sitting in my driveway and the Waste Management truck decided to use my driveway as a turn around leaving leaking oil and tire marks, I reached out to the comps and they connected me to the local office for a call back but I didn’t receive one. I’m not sure why anyone in there right mind would drive that big nasty truck in someone driveway

The team of 2 that served Spring Chase Subdivison today we’re great. I watched them in action as I walked around the neighborhood today and as they had to deal with all the holiday trash; wind blowing; and general “crap” my neighbors throughout. Seemed to go above and beyond making sure they scooped up all the trash. Great job.

And here I am having to post another review on this company!! This morning truck pulled up picked up one of my trash cans dumped it and it never came back out of the back of the truck, they dumped my other trash can just fine and put it back on the curb, called the company for them to tell me they don't do the cans have to call the county, called the county to get voice mail!!! Again!!! Worse trash company period!!!"

Worst service ever! Truck left trash all in the road, so called and was told I was on a come back list. I called the next day and was told i was never put on it but also it was not offered in my area for a re-pickup. So I picked the trash up myself and can is full for another week. Company is horrible and customer sucked.
