Horrible experience it took 9 months to begin the start of correction, at which I had to do the leg work in getting documents from the hospital and to the the paralegal assigned afterwhich she up and quit in the middle of everything leaving me with trying to figure out what next I was dodged numerous times after calling untill actually speaking with Joel and finally something happening after all that time the my car was finally looked at by adjuster and claim sent in but never once heard anything back from the law firm maybe its me but I felt like because my damages weren't guess bad enough I and my case was put on a back burner just wanted my property taken care of next time I'll do what I ultimately had to do anyway and just handle it myself
