Cold food. Left out a sandwich that was ordered. French fries dried out and hard. Called store. took over 15 calls to have call answered. Employee was hateful and belligerent and refused to make any correction to order.Told me to call delivery service that I used. I DID NOT USE DELIVERY SERVICE TO ORDER. I ORDERED ON HARDEE'S WEBSITE. Told employee this and she refused to accept this response and hung up on me. Stay away. Will never order from Hardees again.

Very poor service. Left sandwich off order. Hung up on when called to complain. Took 15 calls to answer phone. Cheated me out of $6.19.

I would have gave them a five star at the manager would have got of her butt to help the employees
