I spoke with Mike about making a plan witb full coverage 2 days ago. He told me he would contact me if not that day, but the next day. On day 3 after being pressured by time to have my car fixed or else I am in hot mess with the entire situation as well as personal life, I decided to kindly call him and ask him to cancel it because I cannot wait any longer. While I was on the phone with him, I told him that I would like to cancel it. He went from friendly to irritated very quickly as I heard him in the background expressing in aggression his defense about why he did not call me and justifying himself. Then he got on the phone to explain to me why he didn't call me and though I understand, it isn't my fault that he did not touch base with me. I then told him I appreciate his service but I would like to cancel it. Then I said "is there anything I need to tell him to ensure that-", he hung up on me before I can finish my statement abruptly. This shows a lack of customer service from the company and I will never get insurance from this place again. It is very unprofessional to not communicate with your customer and rudely hang up on them as well as be defensive about something that isn't their fault, but yours. I do not recommend anyone contract here again.

They are poor it has been 3 weeks and they didn't even contact me to turn my car into the auto body shop to fix my car when their customer had crashed into my car.
