Everytime I goes to deposit my money in my account the naughty teller who wont speak to me I have to speak to her first before she even acknowledge me. She threw my information on to the side like I should not have account there at this bank.I have been with this bank for years and never have any problems with teller until I meet this nasty Prejudice lady. But, as soon as a white person comes up she is all friendly she smile and speak to them. This is not the first time this same teller did this. They need some friendly staff who is not Prejudice to black customers. She is awful and has a nasty attitude to black customers. Hire nice people who is not Prejudice black customers. Thank you 3/19/22

Done fell completely off! This location is ghetto and very unprofessional. I complained to corporate nurmerious times. I use another location before I had to snatch one of them helfas.

They don’t take lose change. The change thing really gets me because this is where I bank so why wouldn’t they be able to help me turn my change into cash? I guess the manager is the one who made that decision. Drove 20 minutes just to hear that. The lady kinda was giggling about it while I was standing there kinda shocked and very annoyed. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
