Ordered a cold Pecan Coffee... It was too sweet and had no flavor. There was not much options for coffee. The staff were awesome and friendly. But the store could do better in variety.

0 stars…..just was in there to watch a customer treated super poorly by the cashier & the manager. We are a small community & to see this behavior is less than embarrassing. The manager offered the girl with this man, a gift card, then mumbled a rude inappropriate comment, and put back into his pocket! This manager shouldn’t be managing anyone. Wake up MR. The customer was trying to tell you that some was trying to steal from your store!

So we come into Dunkin’ of iron mountain michigan. We understand stuff happens. When I brought to the attention to the girl at the desk, that some lady was stealing our food, she gave me terrible attitude. I then said “we aren’t doing that”. The owner then came out, not knowing what’s going on and started yelling at me. Embarrassing iron mountain!! Wish we could give 0 stars.

Ordered two donuts, a Boston cream and a vanilla cream filled, even repeated back that I wanted a vanilla cream filled. We received a Boston cream with scanty chocolate icing and a Boston cream powdered, no vanilla cream. Donuts were hard around the edges and a huge disappointment, especially since one was not what we ordered. We cannot recommend these expensive donuts with subpar taste and a staff that cannot even get a two donut order correct.
