Bought double wide in 2017 and still have not got all the issues fixed. I would not recommend at all. This is my fourth mobile home and the worst experience ever. We had a list of problems before the one year warranty and still has not been fixed. A lot of issues have come up after that because of being cheap made but I would at least like them to fix what they are responsible for and said they would do. They were cheaper than a lot of places but now I see why.

Customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I truly will never understand why I was treated the way I was. Especially from the owner. At a very stressful time in my life a kind service would have been appreciated. The home was as expected. However because of the customer service I recommend going elsewhere.

The homes at S&M are available to view at any time during business hours. You simply walk in to each one as they are unlocked. The ladies in the office are always ready to assist.
