Phenomenal physician!! He patiently listens to your questions and comments and gives great medical evaluations and advice. Very nice and friendly staff. They too are patient with you. I almost never make an appointment and I have never waited for long periods of time to be seen. Five stars are an understatement for the level of professionalism and care that I receive every time that I visit. Today was my very first time coming into this building or practice. When I came in, I was not greeted at all by the front desk whatsoever and before I could even get “hello” out I was rudely interrupted by the front desk lady saying that lunch was until 2pm. I was very unaware of this and had a simple question. If lunch is until 2pm, then your doors should be locked and/or have a sign up saying that you will not be available until 2pm. One of the worst encounters I could have ever possibly had, even if it was for literally 5 seconds. The front desk needs better training, it says a lot about the business itself.
