This is an excellent family-friendly airsoft field with nice and engaging staff who take safety seriously. Several different game modes are played throughout the day, so there is always a fun time to look forward to. Field referees are fair and unbiased, even if you are a long-term player of this field. A lot of fun for any type of player from beginner to experienced. They have high quality rentals if you are thinking about getting into airsoft and upgrades for those who like to modify their existing equipment. Wonderful place to game on.

Very good field. The owner and refs are all great and do their best to provide a fun airsoft experience. I've been coming to this field for 3 or 4 years now and it's a blast every time.

Cedar Creek was my first airsoft experience and first airsoft field I have ever been to and I can proudly say, it is one of the best in NC (that I have seen thus far). I walked on that field in March alone and not very experienced and I was overwhelmed at the amount of players there that took the time to help me understand the game and gear. I have been going almost every weekend since March because my first time experience was delightful. I had a good time because I simply FOLLOWED THE RULES AND WAS RESPECTFUL. All of these bad reviews I see are from people who were blatantly being careless (taking eye protection off, keeping mags in outside the safety net, firing in the staging area) and getting reprimanded by the owner or staff. It happened to me my first time playing as I left my mag in, and it was handled. I'm glad to know that the staff takes safety seriously. Full seal eye protection and lower face protection is required to play. Airsoft is fun but can be dangerous if safety isn't taken into account. There are injuries that can occur which can alter someone's life forever all because of careless behavior. The owner and referees are extremely vigilant for player safety and I strongly commend them for being so. The other half of negative reviews that I see are from people who like to smoke illegal substances in the parking lot right next to the sign that says "If you do illegal substances you will be removed from the property and the law will be called." This goes back to the issue of safety. I am glad that staff takes this seriously. All it takes is someone high/drunk not in the right state of mind to make a mistake and alter someone's life forever. Thank you staff for keeping the players of Cedar Creek safe. I find the staff and owner very pleasant to interact with if you simply follow the rules and show respect. In conclusion, if you want a fun and safe airsoft experience I highly recommend this field. Whiners and druggies steer clear as this place will not take any of your ish. New and experienced players welcome. BONUS REVIEW: There is also a shop on location as well. The shop offers a fairly wide variety of airsoft products and services such as repair, upgrades, and 3D printing services at fair and reasonable prices.

Very fun field, affordable was helpful since this was my first airsoft game. Will come back again. Players are very friendly. Mrs.Sandi is very cool friendly to all people of different colors. If there is people causing trouble, they are quick to take care of it. They have changed the town, more harder and more fun

$15 to play. $5 for mask rental if u don't have one. And gun rental for the day is $25 if youdpnt have a gun
This field is for 12 and up. Great for beginners and seasoned veterans. A family friendly atmosphere with good people who are welcoming and are willing to help you get started.
They do, plus speed loader for pistols
Make sure you wear some sort of padding in some places of yah body. Like a vest or knee pads to specific. Some people got some heated up guns
No set age, but if 12 or under, must have parent or guardian sign a waiver
They offer rentals for like 25 i think...
You're gonna get wrecked regardless, but that doesn't take away the fun trust me. people are friendly. The park uses Biodegradable BB's ONLY so be prepared to purchase some if you want to play. Overall its a fun experience, Park opens at 9am, full day of play, with brief intermissions to restock, eat, and get back in. I wish you a happy birthday and the best of luck on the field. Airsoft is on Saturday and Sunday.
The FPS will depend on the weight of BB it is chronoed with. Does the box state what weight they used?
Yes! Cedar Creek welcomes players of all ages and experience levels. We have awesome friendly players and a great staff that are always willing to help new players with any questions they may have.
Yes.... they have multiple stations on a shelf across from the cash register/sign in area.... but it is unsupervised per se
We use Valken ASLs as our rental guns. Each rental comes with a high cap magazine that we fill once for you, but you'll have to buy or bring your own additional ammo.
No you do not. But you do need to be over 8 to play.
Our field requires full face coverage. No mesh eye wear is allowed. Full face coverage is either a paintball mask OR a pair of full seal goggles that are safety rated ANSI Z287.1 or higher worn WITH a lower metal mesh face protector. (If you don't know what a lower mesh face protector is, Google "airsoft lower mesh".)
$20 for admission, $25 for rental, and about $20 for bbs to last all day. Ends up being about 75 bucks total.
I am not sure if you mean the store & parking or the field itself? If you would like, please give me a call (I am the owner of Cedar Creek) and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. (336)521-1649
Cedar Creek requires all players to use biodegradable BBs. Biodegradable BBs are not made in weights lower than .20. If your airsoft gun is only shooting at 240 fps with a .12 BB - a heavier weight BB will lower your fps even further. For example, if you were to use .20 BBs, your fps would fall to somewhere around 200. Using .30 BBs would likely drop your fps to around 100 (making it virtually useless at an airsoft field where players are shooting airsoft guns in the 350 - 400 fps range) If your airsoft gun is shooting .12 BBs and only chronos at 240fps, you may want to seriously consider renting an airsoft gun to use while you are at the field or purchasing a higher quality airsoft gun. If you have any questions about what I wrote above - feel free to contact me. We are always willing to help new players get into the sport!
You can find the answer to this question on our website: www.cedarcreekairsoft.com
They have a shop for you to buy bb's.
Gun rentals have been reservation only for a couple of years and will remain so. This is to prevent someone from making plans, driving a great distance to get here - only to find we have rented all of our equipment. Admission is still online at this moment (6/16/2021).
Either but there's a$3 minimum for card I think.
Under 12 you need a parent or legal guardian 13 or above you don't need a parent but you will need to sign a waiver. Their website will have all the info you need
AGE REQUIREMENTS - - Players must be at least 8 years old to play at all. NO EXCEPTIONS - Players under the age of 10 must have a parent on the field playing with them. - Players under the age of 12 must have a parent or legal guardian on site AT ALL TIMES! (older siblings do not count as legal guardians). https://www.cedarcreekairsoft.com/rules.html
Hi Rita! If you mean can they play on the field without a parent accompanying them onto the field, the answer is yes. Most people begin playing airsoft around the age of 12 or 13. If you are worried about your boys coming out and not knowing anyone here or that bullying will happen or something along those lines....Our players and field staff are very friendly and more than willing to help new/young players get into the sport of airsoft. Bullying and other nonsense is NOT tolerated at Cedar Creek. For more information, check out our website: www.cedarcreekairsoft.com
They do sell multiple sizes of bb's, at a very good price, and all biodegradable as required by the field
Please visit our website for that information - https://www.cedarcreekairsoft.com/rules.html
Hi Ashley! When you rent an airsoft gun at our field you get one mag full of approx. 300 BBs. Any additional BBs to refill the mag will need to be purchased by the player. Thanks! Hope to see you soon!
Your shotgun is perfectly fine. It will pass chrono if what you say is correct.
Please visit this page on our website: https://www.cedarcreekairsoft.com/new-player-info.html
They're open now, visit their website to pre purchase tickets boi
Hi Jessica, we do not separate players into age groups.
Yes, we allow the Cyclone grenades.
We do allow Airsoft Innovations MASTER Mike's. We do NOT allow the 40Mike.
Nope come as u are, all you need is eye protection and a lower face protection. They have everything you need at the feild avalible to rent if needed. Most of the time someone's got extra stuff if you just ask around if you feel comfortable doing that. They have rental guns also if u need that.
It's daily and you rent it from what I believe to be 10am to 5pm
We sell HPA brand biodegradable BBs in a variety of weights. (Our field requires the use of biodegradable BBs) We sell - .25, .28, .30, .32, .36, .40, .45 & .48.
Most of our game modes last 20 - 25 minutes with 10 -15 minute breaks after each game.
There is no simple answer to that question. Of course, if it rains there are fewer players than if the weather were perfect. Depends on how much rain too. Is just a shower or a downpour? Is it going to rain all day or just a chance of rain?
This is the general field rules: https://www.cedarcreekairsoft.com/rules.html Game modes are explained by the refs before each game is played. If some one doesn't understand how the game mode is played, please ask a ref. They would be more than happy to explain it.
Cedar Creek Airsoft is open year round. Saturdays and Sundays 9am - 5pm rain or shine. We are also open a few extra days during school holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have rental equipment and a small field store. There is a monthly calendar of events posted on our website: www.cedarcreekairsoft.com
Some of the terrain is kinda tricky but you won't have any issues getting along with people!
No but it is recommended for transport to and from the field or at least for you to have it in a gun case
Gun bags are not required at the field. However, whenever you transport your guns in your vehicle, it is very wise to have them in a gun case or at least the box that your airsoft gun came in. You might want to check out our website, lots of good info there: www.cedarcreekairsoft.com
- MAX FPS - 400 FPS chronoed on site with provided .25 BBs - MAX ROF (rate of fire) - 25 RPS (rounds per second) - BOLT ACTION SNIPER RIFLES - Max 450 FPS chronoed with .25 BBs and a 100 foot MED - ALL GUNS WILL BE CHRONOED WITH FIELD PROVIDED .25 BBs (bring an empty mag to chrono)
MAX FPS - 400 FPS chronoed on site with provided .25 BBs MAX ROF (rate of fire) - 25 RPS (rounds per second) BOLT ACTION SNIPER RIFLES - Max 450 FPS chronoed with .25 BBs and a 100 foot MED
They don't rent vests but they do offer a mask and gun for rental, but if you don't already have bbs you will also need to purchase those. They have a website where you can see what exactly you can rent and what fees will be charged.
The field FPS limit for bolt action snipers is 450 with a .25 weight BB. If your sniper is 440 FPS with a .20, a .25 BB will drop your FPS by approx. 30 - 40 fps, making your gun chrono in at approx 400 - 410. FYI - you need to be using a heavier BB than .20. The FPS limit for a bolt action sniper is 450
400 fps, 450 if it's a bolt action
13 and older waiver signed, 12 and lower parent or legal guardian must be present at all times during play
Lol I'm hoping that's a joke, that's a strong no way
As stated before $25 for the day and they are Valken battle machine m4's. Which are good beginner guns and very reliable. Also Cedar Creek Airsoft Field takes good care of their rental guns not to mention every aspect of their field and location. Hope this helps you out
We do have a guy that comes by the field on Saturdays. He can repair some gun issues here or if it is something more serious, he may take them home and bring them back the following Saturday.
Has plenty of Ambush points and variation of games but sniping is definitely a big part of the support role.
Depends on the weather and time of year. I've seen as many as 50+ players at one time, and as low as 10.
We have 20+ rental guns and have access to more if needed. If you know you are coming and need rental equipment, it is advisable to reserve your equipment prior to arriving.
No. By their current rules you must be 18. However, they do not asl for ID so i suppose you could as long as they do not ask. I would not recommend thos however as it is against their policy.
A waiver has to be signed by parent or guardian unless child is 18. My 13 year old has played on his own for most of a year, no issues. A friend has an 8 year old who plays with his dad.
12 and older with parent there
I would call the week you are coming to play to reserve your rental gun and mask. As for how many you can you reserve. That is a question you should ask the owner if you have Facebook you can pull up there Facebook page Cedar Creek Airsoft Field and send a Facebook message asking how many you can reserve at a time.
No set age, but if 12 or under, must have parent or guardian sign a waiver. There are many older people who play. Most people are in their 20s and 30s but there are so who are 60+ who play.
They have games that are full and semi. Also if your in the town it is semi no matter what game it is
