Lived there for almost 5 years - Loved this building and great neighborhood! Vehbi, Melissa, Michael, Richard, Nicole, and everyone else - they went above and beyond. Fantastic team!

I love how friendly most neighbors are. The workers are extremely helpful as well. The access to go to the gym and pool at the comfort of your home. I would love for the gym to be 24 hours. Melissa Vega was very helpful and still is. I can email her at most hours of the day and she promptly responds. All of the doorman’s that work here are extremely polite and nice.

“Shara” the woman downstairs really needs to learn her place as a door woman and keep it professional. I don’t understand her need to constantly mingle in the personal affairs and relationships of others. Also it would be nice if she didn’t sit outside smoking pot and cigarettes in front of the building.

I lived here for a year, and it has been a great year except for the moving out (exit) day. The inspector (we were told that he is the head of handyman) was incredibly rude. We had to call him a few times for him to come up, and when he finally came up for inspection, he threw a fit and blamed us for spilling water on the bathroom vanity and the vanity under the kitchen sink. We understand that the vanities might need replacement, and we are willing to pay for that, but what we don’t understand is why he had to give us attitude. He also asked us to sign the inspection sheet, which includes area of floor replacement that he estimated without any measurement. He wrote down one third of our whole apartment’s floor area, which was clearly more than necessary for replacement. We asked him to measure it, and he ended up measuring using his feet. He refused and rushed out of our apartment when we asked him if we could take another look at the inspection sheet. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or something, but the way he acted ruined our last day at the apartment. Every single handy man, concierge and management team member that we met has been more than helpful and welcoming, expect for this inspector (claimed to be head of handyman).

The two and three bedroom apartments have walk in showers in the master bedrooms. Studios, 1 bedroom apartments and the second bathrooms in larger units have tubs with a shower.
