Today was my first time coming here for a ObGyn appointment and it was a okay experience & disturbing as well, I went in the rest room and found a huge roach on the floor & when I went to get seen they got me mixed up with another patient but my problem I came in for was sum what solved

I always feel very uncomfortable here. And when I was pregnant coming here was even worse. The girl doing the ultrasound made me feel like i was wasting her time after i said I didn’t want to know the gender of my baby. She made each visit an angry one. And then the rotation of doctors is just annoying. Majority of them act bothered by seeing you or like you’re reason for coming wasn’t important enough for an office visit. The ladies that work Front desk check in are the nicest ones.

Can’t reach them, phone never been picked up, always busy, tried to send them message , gentlemen named Edward just wrote back they can’t set up an appointment with me and I’m gonna be on waiting list. Never explained how long does it take? How it’s work? Just ignored my questions even I explained them that I’m having health issues. So unprofessional, they just ignore everyone, why even work then ? I delivered there, supposed to have annual visit but cos of Covid couldn’t do it in January so now when I need to do check up and with health problems they just ignore their patients. What a disgrace , at least explain us what’s going on or tell us find another obgyn. Do not recommend!

For the last three years I being making appointment with Dr. Rodriquez and they canceled every time. The staff is so rude they don’t answer the phone and they just cancel the appointments and don’t offer another one. Will not recommend this place to no one.
