DO NOT ENTERTAIN THEY'RE SERVICES! I had an appointment which was made a couple weeks ago. I get to my appointment today and the receptionist had me standing there for a good 10 minutes while she takes all my insurance information. Once she gets my insurance information, she then tells me, oh I'm sorry the person that you're supposed to see she's not available, they weren't supposed to have you see her! THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY do you want to make another appointment!! I said absolutely not! Totally unprofessional! You would think they would have called to reschedule or something!! I took time out of my day and wasted my gas to drive over there!

First of all, good luck with the therapist you get after waiting six months or so. The first one I got was 15 minutes late each time so our sessions were less than 30 minutes. Then when I got a good therapist, she AND the psychiatric nurse quit the same week. Next they scheduled me with nurse Amanda Shields who cancelled our first visit. I don't think this place cares about people's mental health at all.

I've utilized their therapy, psychiatry, and case management services, and all of the staff have been wonderful. They also offer payment plans for low income clients if your insurance isn't accepted. Virtual or in-person options too. I actually can't think of a single negative experience I've had so far after being with them for almost a year now.

The Signature Health Lakewood Office is located on Detroit Ave., between Warren Rd and St Charles Ave. We are located in the INA building and Panera is on the bottom floor.

If it is not immediate, call the non-emergency police phone number for your city. If the situation occurred at a Signature Health facility, then please call the number for the location it occurred, and we will notify the appropriate employees. In addition, still follow up with the local police department. Please note, we cannot give out client information. Thank you for speaking up.
There is a parking lot located directly behind the building where Signature Health is located (the INA building). The lot is accessible from Warren Rd. There is a guard station and gate at the entrance that may require taking a ticket, which we can validate at our front desk.

All too many times company's don't seem to do this. Faxes are rarely used anymore but that is still no excuse. The next tome you call there or visit them on their website perhaps you should mention it to them.
