Understand that this place is on the north side and part of someone's territory. It's a set. There are unspoken rules and expectations. Don't expect peace and quiet. Don't bother answering the door every time someone on knocks - wrong room. It's not even cheap anymore! But it sure was nice to get out of the heat for one night :-) Thank God that bubble finally broke!!

Ok, 35$ for 2 hours in a room, for a quick sneaky link or some pretty tender that's ok to do. I believe.but other than that this place has no order or structure. I never saw any police come on that lot or clamp down on the traffic that flows . You can go if you fit for it

This place is in the middle my hood n i love it. Its peaceful. Ya its he usual people hanging around but nobody bother nobody. 50 buccs and u got a mini fridge microwave n cable.....ill take it.

The owner was really nice, sprayed in the room for roaches when I asked. So far it's quiet for a Thursday night. Only issue is the bugs. I mean it is Motel🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔😒😒🙄😕😮😮Aye no complaints when u don't have a choice, this or sleep in car😒🤔🤔
