They have discontinued any online appointment system, tried calling or also booking one on their website. You have to just walk-in and take a ticket number, the waiting won't be very long unless you went on Monday or Friday noon. Thursday and Tuesday according to me are the best days 10-11 am (had to do multiple visits thus the info!) Expected wait time for me 10-15 minutes! Make sure to go with all the documents you'll need there's no printing facility anywhere at the walkable distance.

if you are a citizen...you state issued id not expired. or letter from your doctor with your name and date of birth. any doc you provide must have your name and date of birth on it.. no birth certificates for anyone over 5 years old non citizens....passport w/work visa...green card.

They're calling everybody with the Social Security phone number also they are cloning the number of Social Security PSEG Bank of America Sheriff's Office in Essex County. If any of them call you hang up and search on GOOGLE for the real phone number and call them to verify. The social sec told me they are loaded with calls asking what is going on. Be careful
