This place is a sham, there’s no law for fathers or help. The probation officer is pro female. I had my social security double garnished and my pension garnished plus lost my home and car ruined my credit. Why because an officer refuses to do there job. I had to go to the administration courts to show the probation dept cloudied with my ex wife and signed false papers. The county is exsempt from the law and can’t be sued. My ex works for a judge in the court house. The judge also sided with my ex and he can’t be sued because he’s protected as a family court judge. Fathers and men have no rights in Njdoc family court. They all should suffer like I have and maybe there thoughts would change.

If you're there for payments there is usually no waits, however if you're there for drug court or probation/PTI, be prepared to sit for a while. After checking in, you'll have to sit and wait in the lobby for around 30 minutes to and hour before being called in by your p.o. my advice is to get there 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and then check in exactly on the hour of your appointment. Checking in early may not register your name correctly especially if your p.o is not listed and may result in you losing your place on the list.

Super rude. Hung up on me as I was speaking. Gave me attitude when I was speaking polite to her over the phone after I called back. ZERO MANNERS.

Wait what in the world do you mean who needs to Lose their job?
Ahh, it depends on the township you're dealing with. When all is said and done, it's up to the judge to actually put out that warrant.
Depends. If he filed jointly, then it may take 6 months from the date it is received. Please check with your assigned worker who will be able to look into it for you :)
Did you find out because I can't get in contact either
Its the superior court number
