Unfortunately, I have the exact same experience as Chanel Epps (in the most recent review before mine). The admin staff is AWFUL. This is my first pregnancy and I am now desperately trying to transfer to the office upstairs because of the lack of response. I’ve requested my records for the past week and have left messages for the front desk and the nurses station, no one has answered nor called me back. They also never mentioned a way to sign up for the patient portal and you need a token to be able to sign up. 0/10, would not recommend.

Every experience I've had at this facility has been subpar except my service from the midwives, and now they've eliminated the option for patients to even see the midwives, which makes me not want to ever return. The woman at the check in is extremely rude and belittling and doesn't actually listen to the questions we are asking to give us a proper answer because she assumes she knows more than us (I'm sure because my boyfriend and I are young and this is my first pregnancy). Over the past three days I have been trying to get access to my medical records, for no other reason than I want to see them, and I have not spoken to a person yet. I've left multiple voicemails and not one has been returned or acknowledged. I should have been offered a patient portal after my very first visit and it should not be this hard for a patient to get their own records.

I’ve only been here a couple times so my girlfriend can have her check up because she’s pregnant and I must say the only reason they are extremely slow is so that you can pay for parking, the first 30 minutes is free everything else after that is ridiculous so they take a really long time to make sure that their money pit gets full aka the parking deck!

Their admin staff is awful. In my wife's first pregnancy they called and gave her someone else's results. For her current one, she's been desperately trying to get her records transferred to another center and has left voicemails for the past three weeks. Of course they never respond. Also, their IT department must be living in the 1990s because they require FAX in order to transfer records due to 'security risks of sending through email' - They should be aware that faxing is actually dramatically less secure actually, way less convienent, and prone to failures. My wife faxed probably 10 times the transfer record and they never received it. "We'll call you back when we get it" They have called my wife exactly zero times. As her husband it is just infuriating how poorly they run their front office. Fix your voicemail. Call your patients back. And join the year 2021 and get a dedicated email account to get transfer record requests from your patients. Can't imagine what it must be like for patients that move out of state it must be a nightmare since the only other option is to drive into the office.
