I feel like they just charge whatever they want cause they know we don't have a choice but to pay it. Most of the week nobody is at home, and somehow we still use anywhere from 4-8 dollars per day. Also the "Misc" charges everyday. Some days we get charged up to 8 dollars "Misc" plus 8 dollars usage charge! Personally, I feel like there needs to be more than one electric company in every area so that one company doesn't have a monopoly on a necessity.

Supposed too but nobody ever answers! So tired of the poor excuse of a power co! If a bird Lands on a wire the power is out an it takes forever to get thru without being told all lines are busy try back later and disconnects you!

Go out to the electric system right off Natchez Trace. If you're going north on Natchez Trace it's the street right before you get to the old brown shoe factory. If they have any used ones to give away you can find them there.

I don't know if they still do it, but you used to be able to call and make a payment arrangement, but it had to be paid on the date arranged. I don't think payment arrangements would apply to Flexpay accounts though. You would need to call and tell them that you need to speak with someone about making a payment arrangement on your service.
