I had worst experience today at this location . I arrived at 1:45pm and there was line. Front desk girl who helped for check in, was very rude. I was at desk at 2pm for check in. I did online check in in advance. I provided my insurance card and that was dental card by mistake. There was a need for actual medical insurance card to recognize specific ppo number. I retrieved from my phone and email the girl who was at desk. She mentioned multiple times loudly that she needed actual insurance card. I was quite and responded in yes, mentioned that I am retrieving from my phone. Front desk girl was very overbearing and rude and her last name starts with Patel. At 2:08 pm, one of NP or RN came, she stated that she will give me 4 mins to retrieve my insurance card and after that my appointment will be cancelled. I retrieved my card, front desk girl asked me to email her, she took time to fill the details in her system and she went in to ask about me to the practitioner. Practitioner stated that it is 2:20 pm so I need to reschedule. There is no kindness and courtesy towards patients and these two ladies were very rude towards me. It is their intention not to take me today and did not consider the reasons. Their attitude was not professional while approaching me. I will never ever come back to this place. I will surely change my doctor. This is not professional behavior from staff toward late a patient. I work in health care setting too but here is no appropriate code of conduct. Good bye to this clinic and this doctor.

Got an auto-generated email asking how my appt with a PA was and did I get the care I needed, I did not see a PA, she was an RN and it was for flu/covid shots; no "treatment". Get your act together!
