The way the owner responds to these reviews is wild. Rude much? I placed an order for the wrong location. They made such a stink about refunding my order. It as an honest mistake and there was no way I could've driven that far on my lunch break. Also, I tried calling them right after placing my order and kept getting sent to voicemail. I called 5 times. So I placed a new order for the correct location. It's all about wording and the way you say things. Below was the explanation of the refund for my order. "Adjustment Processed: FULL REFUND -$10.01 Adjustment Explanation from the Restaurant: Customer no longer wants order: Kellie made a mistake and ordered from the incorrect location. The store made the smoothie and had to dispose of it. We are refunding this order as a courtesy. Please refund Kellie's order in full. Thanks!" Why make such a point to say the store had to dispose of the smoothie?! I'm sorry, but that is just poor customer service. And by reading the rest of these reviews...you all don't know how to talk to people...maybe answer the phone when somebody is calling your place of business.

The franchise at one point had seasonal hours. They are working to create a more consistent schedule throughout the year.
Thank you for your question. Before covid, we sanitized handles, counters, blenders, and point of sale regularly. We continue to keep up our sanitary practices. We are proud that we have remained open throughout the pandemic without a single employee contracting covid. We have installed a contactless point of sale so that employees don’t touch your credit card. We have installed a barrier at the point of sale and as always, we are typically 6 feet away from customers after the point of sale transaction. We recommend that our customers wear face masks and we also provide disposable masks. We have installed a hand sanitizer dispenser at the point of sale as well. Lastly, you should try our Power Shot which contains wheatgrass, ginger and lemon. Wheatgrass provides your crucial daily nutrients which help stave off free radicals in your body, to prevent illness. Ginger and lemon helps with detoxification, fat burning and inflammation Thank you for your business.
