Ordered a package from Amazon with prime (2 day shipping), was ordered on April 16th, supposed to be delivered on Thursday April 18th. According to tracking, the package was in mt. Pleasant carrier facility on April 18th. This carrier facility sent it to Parsons, tn. After several phone calls to USPS and Amazon, finally get to speak with a real person from mt. Pleasant who tells me Parsons, tn has already sent it back to Nashville and to just "google" the number for Nashville. Also blamed the original shipping issue on Nashville stating it never made it to their facility in mt pleasant. When called out on the lie because tracking says it was in mt pleasant, the person ignored my comment and said I'd just have to wait until it came in on (hopefully) Monday. Very rude, never offered an apology, and placed the blame somewhere else. After calling the 1800 customer help line for USPS and filing another complaint about this facility, I was told it was most definitely the fault of someone in mt pleasant since the package arrived in mt pleasant but didnt go out to delivery instead went to another carrier facility over an hour from where I live. Was supposed to be an Easter gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, I'll have to continue doing business with this place to get my mail, but be warned if your package gets lost, they wont own up to their mistake nor will they apologize.

Older guy at the window doesnt listen. Iv been shipping from a different location and paying a little over $1 to ship little small envelopes with no tracking. Iv been using this location for convenience and hes charging me $3.50 for each one and putting tracking on them when i told him i wanted the cheapest shipping possible. They are small and weigh .20/oz. cost me $21 to ship 6 small envelopes. This is twice it has happened, wont be back to this location
