I had an appointment for 8am. The hair dresser “Ash” said she was running late and would arrive at 8:30. And that’s only after I texted her to tell her my ETA. At 8:30 she calls and tells me her car isn’t starting. If your car isnt starting then why didnt you tell me that from the beginning? Why would you say your on your way?? Finally at 9am when she still hadn’t arrived, I asked for an update & she replied “I’m about to call an Uber.” I ended up leaving. Not only did this woman make me feel as if I was having to hunt her down, but she wasted an hour of my time. She clearly was not interested in doing my hair. Not to mention I confirmed with her earlier in the week. I ended up leaving and going to Tina’s braiding salon where I was tended to immediately. SMH. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend.
