I absolutely love the staff here. So helpful, friendly and funny. This location is fairly prompt, despite the high patronage. No matter how busy, they seem to get everyone through extremely quickly, and I've never once had an order turn out wrong, no matter how backed up and crazy it was. *That* is not something I can say about a single other restaurant in any cuisine that I've gone to except for Caribou Coffee in Atlanta.

drive thru girl annoying and rude as hell

The staff is great but the location is tough. Drive-thru wraps the building and blocks traffic on 2 sides. There is a cross walk to another store an people are asked to not block the crosswalk but people do anyway. Again the staff is great and the drinks are standard Starbucks fare.

This is my main Starbucks! Employees are always very friendly and kind. The drinks/food can honestly be hit or miss compared to the one in the Kroger across the street. Main reason I always come to this one is because of the drive thru. The drive thru here can get crowded fast as it's in the Beechwood shopping center.
